  • Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures
  • Strong ability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR or Talent teams
  • Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence
  • Hands-on experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles
  • Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent-related structures
  • Partner with T.A Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs
  • Document and communicate updates in a clear, structured, and globally usable way
  • Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized
