- Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures
- Strong ability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR or Talent teams
- Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence
- Hands-on experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles
- Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent-related structures
- Partner with T.A Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs
- Document and communicate updates in a clear, structured, and globally usable way
- Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized
