Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and platform management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and large-scale technical initiatives
- ServiceNow certifications (Architect, Developer, Admin, Implementation Specialist, etc.) preferred
- Experience in higher education, enterprise environments, or ITSM-focused organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of platform security, governance frameworks, integrations, and automation preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead overall ServiceNow architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and scalable platform solutions
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Mentor and guide development staff; promote collaboration, best practices, and continuous learning
- Assess platform security and implement improvements aligned with institutional governance and policies
- Customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.)
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation; support end-user and stakeholder training
- Provide technical support and participate in incident response and troubleshooting for ServiceNow operations
