- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining CRM discipline
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web inquiries
- Qualify potential clients and clearly explain services
- Convert inquiries into scheduled estimates or appointments
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Perform outbound calls to new leads and unsold estimates
- Re-engage past clients for seasonal treatments
- Promote recurring service programs
- Track renewal opportunities
- Maintain organized client records
- Update lead statuses consistently
- Track pipeline movement and sales activity
- Address customer concerns professionally
