- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth
- Strong written English (persuasive, clear, professional)
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
Responsibilities
- Respond to retreat inquiries and coordinate next steps
- Maintain organized inbox systems
- Support follow-up cadence for pending proposals
- Ensure professional, timely communication with prospects
- Maintain updated contact records in CRM
- Track key dates and client touchpoints
- Assist with light reporting and sales tracking
- Research conferences and events for brand growth opportunities
- Create polished, executive-level sales presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Design promotional materials using Canva (social graphics, event promotions, branded visuals)
- Develop structured, polished proposals and quotes in Microsoft Word
- Translate retreat offerings into persuasive, well-designed client decks
- Convert presentations and quotes into professional PDFs for client delivery
- Maintain a template library for efficient proposal turnaround
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify ideal prospects
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists
- Conduct company and decision-maker research
- Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
- Support enterprise-level retreat bookings through proactive prospecting
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and relevant platforms)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content consistently
- Develop content that positions retreats as premium, transformational experiences
- Respond to messages and inquiries in a timely manner
- Engage strategically with prospects to generate inbound leads
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to grow visibility
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
- Track follow-ups and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Shadow sales calls and capture notes/action items
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Monitor retreat quote follow-ups and confirm client decisions
- Support onboarding of retreat guests
- Send pre- and post-retreat surveys via Typeform
- Follow up with guests who haven’t completed surveys
- Export and organize survey data into spreadsheets
- Consolidate feedback for internal review before retreats
- Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to retreat completion
