Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English, German, and French (minimum C1 level across all three)
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Experience in a SaaS and/or ticketing a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects
  • Disciplined and process-driven, whilst remaining resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure the message is resonating with potential customers
  • Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Intrinsically motivated and highly resilient, you see a NO as an opportunity to grow and learn
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing systems and tools

Responsibilities

  • Deliver qualified demo meetings to the Sales Team that fit our target market
  • Working with your designated Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory action plan, developing a strong understanding of the market and competitive environment
  • Research & reach out to targeted prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and deliver Ventrata’s value proposition that clearly demonstrates how we create value for our clients
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive inbound leads
  • Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM
