  • Strong writing skills for diverse school and system audiences
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop highly informative resources for a variety of projects and purposes.
  • Shape core questions for resources and surface diverse forms of knowledge to respond to them.
  • Synthesize knowledge into clear, concise written resources for school or school system audiences.
  • Organize, format, and visualize content to be useful and cohesively aligned with broader resources.
  • Utilize lessons from existing resource usage to improve existing supports and prioritize new ones.
  • Develop project and personal learning plans and manage work towards those plans.
  • Collaborate effectively to complete independent and shared responsibilities.
  • Receive and act on feedback, building a constructive team culture and effective team operations.
  • Establish scopes of work for deliverables, timelines, and communication.
  • Support other Transcend teams in accessing, understanding, and applying UK resources.
  • Build relationships with external experts and peer organizations.
  • Help plan and facilitate sessions that advance learning with partner communities at local and national events.
