Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
  • Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
  • Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
  • Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products and features with sound UX in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and strategy for your product domain.
  • Own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research.
  • Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals.
  • Be the primary advocate and expert in your area, communicating effectively to external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure free flow of information across Engineering, Design, UX, and GTM teams.
  • Own the entity model for Grafana Cloud (Knowledge Graph).
  • Drive activation and integration quality for Knowledge Graph.
  • Define integration standards and drive work to close integration gaps.
  • Own low-friction activation to enrich product experience automatically.
  • Ensure Knowledge Graph supports AI capabilities.
  • Own KG Insights, defining integration contracts and leading UX improvements.
  • Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap.
  • Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points.
  • Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, with evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities.
  • Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation.
  • Make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering.
