Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for agentic AI systems
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI-driven experiences
- Partner with engineering and applied AI teams to design prompts, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and safety guardrails
- Own key performance metrics including automation rate, response quality, escalation accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI models and technologies, including LLMs, voice models, and computer-use agents
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration
- Act as a champion of AI best practices across the organization
