- 10+ years of total professional experience
- Proven track record of releasing digital products in highly regulated industries (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered products at scale
- Deep understanding of how to make "black box" algorithms actionable for end-users
- High degree of technical aptitude
- Comfortable discussing EHR integrations
- Comfortable discussing FHIR standards
- Comfortable discussing claims data architecture
- Self-starter with a strong bias toward action
- Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Connected Care portfolio
- Balance business context, market needs, and contractual commitments
- Act as the bridge between "the science" and "the software"
- Work daily with neurologists, neuroscientists, data scientists, and engineers
- Translate complex clinical requirements into elegant user experiences
- Navigate and utilize diverse healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, and device data)
- Power predictive analytics, generative insights, and biometric processing at scale
- Navigate a complex web of stakeholders including marketing, legal, regulatory, and external partners in the life sciences and payer sectors
