Requirements
- 8–10 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience and familiarity with enterprise software and large enterprise customer challenges.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and contribute to product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Execution & Delivery: Strong focus on driving key product initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and platform architecture.
- Market Awareness: Experience in assessing customer needs, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities in enterprise SaaS markets.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging metrics and analytics to guide product decisions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Agile Expertise: Comfortable working within agile methodologies and adapting to dynamic, global environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of API-driven platforms, understanding of developer ecosystems, and experience with tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product development, prototyping, and product-led experimentation is highly desirable.
- Bonus: Background in corporate learning, HR information systems, or enterprise learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Degreed’s application.
- Leverage AI to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
- Allocate time: 25% strategic planning, 25% Product Marketing and External Engagement, 50% operational execution.
- Contribute to and execute on product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- Support roadmap prioritization based on impact and customer feedback, and translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform new product development opportunities and enhancements.
- Manage features from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer and business objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the application meets and exceeds user expectations.
- Track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and refine strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the necessary knowledge and tools for effective sales, marketing, and customer support.
