Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management
- Strong background with building API-based products
- Strong understanding of the ACH network
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write SQL queries and analyze data effectively
- Experience with testing/integrating to/interpreting APIs
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize and execute on the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zero Hash’s goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer/product feedback to inform product decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products
- Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development
- Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Write technical documentation, both internally and externally-facing
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes
