Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a psychologist, therapist, teaching, sales, coaching, wellness, or client service
- Exceptional empathetic communication—warm, solutions-oriented, and adaptive over Zoom/phone
- Proficiency with Zoom
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Proficiency with basic admin tasks
- Self-sufficient time management in a remote setup
- High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
- Adhere to our proven process while personalizing for impact
- Train daily with your coach
- Manage your customer list & follow up diligently
- Be a team player committed to client wins
Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and conduct 20-30 minute Zoom calls after initial program purchase.
- Verify customer details and build deep rapport by uncovering motivations and past struggles.
- Share proven success stories and data.
- Potentially upsell a premium add-on as a 'fast-track' upgrade.
- Follow proven onboarding script while adapting empathetically to each customer's unique story.
- Build deep rapport through active listening, probing questions, and personalization.
- Verify essential information and clarify customer's 'why' (why now, desired outcomes, past attempts).
- Manage pipeline of calls, track metrics in CRM, and ensure seamless follow-up for upgrades and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to refine processes based on trends.
