Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tech sales, SaaS sales, or software outbound prospecting.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in tech sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients within target industries.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives and senior sales teams.
  • Manage and update leads accurately within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences and sales cadences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects across global markets.
