Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B tech sales, SaaS sales, or software outbound prospecting.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in tech sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients within target industries.
- Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives and senior sales teams.
- Manage and update leads accurately within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Research target accounts, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
- Follow structured outreach sequences and sales cadences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects across global markets.
