Requirements
- 6-8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep technical expertise in APIs, domain-driven design, integration design patterns, and platform architecture
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex integrations that drive measurable business impact
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, partnerships, and business functions
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Skilled at working in ambiguity and rapidly synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong design sensibility for both UX and UI
- Independent, autonomous leader who thrives on ownership and accountability
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise HRIS and ERP external payroll integrations (nice to have)
- Experience with enterprise software platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle (nice to have)
- Background in platform product management or developer tooling (nice to have)
- Experience establishing integration frameworks, patterns, or platforms that enable team scalability (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for strategic integrations
- Partner with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify integration opportunities and align cross-functional priorities
- Drive discovery to deeply understand customer problems, evaluate solutions through the lens of feasibility, desirability, and viability, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
- Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
- Define and track meaningful KPIs tied to OKRs, analyze results post-launch, and drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement
- Build buy-in and influence roadmap priorities across multiple teams and verticals
- Work autonomously to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with speed while balancing technical debt
