Job Details

6-8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Deep technical expertise in APIs, domain-driven design, integration design patterns, and platform architecture
Proven track record of building and scaling complex integrations that drive measurable business impact
Strong commercial acumen
Demonstrated experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing stakeholders across engineering, design, partnerships, and business functions
Strategic thinker with a bias for action
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Skilled at working in ambiguity and rapidly synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative data
Strong design sensibility for both UX and UI
Independent, autonomous leader who thrives on ownership and accountability
3+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise HRIS and ERP external payroll integrations (nice to have)
Experience with enterprise software platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle (nice to have)
Background in platform product management or developer tooling (nice to have)
Experience establishing integration frameworks, patterns, or platforms that enable team scalability (nice to have)

Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for strategic integrations
Partner with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify integration opportunities and align cross-functional priorities
Drive discovery to deeply understand customer problems, evaluate solutions through the lens of feasibility, desirability, and viability, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
Define and track meaningful KPIs tied to OKRs, analyze results post-launch, and drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement
Build buy-in and influence roadmap priorities across multiple teams and verticals
Work autonomously to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with speed while balancing technical debt
