Job Details

5+ years of Product Management experience
Proven track record of managing external or distributed development teams
Comfortable overseeing multiple related features or products, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
Clear, highly documented communication skills for managing teams across different cultures and languages
Deep understanding of self-serve SaaS metrics and how product strategy directly influences global growth and user retention
Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and the limitations of high-scale systems
Ability to effectively challenge and guide external technical teams
Proactive in chasing updates and holding external partners accountable to high standards and tight deadlines

Act as the primary lead for external development teams, driving their velocity, ensuring they are hitting milestones, and maintaining a high standard of output across assigned products.
Define the high-level roadmap and requirements, providing critical input and direction for the product journey.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts who are responsible for the hands-on creation of backlog items and user stories.
Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that everything built is scalable for 100M+ users.
Work closely with the Head of Growth and Head of Engineering to ensure that external output aligns with internal technology standards and marketing goals.
Manage the product journey from MVP through to global scale, making data-driven decisions on which features to kill and which to double down on.
Continuously evaluate the performance and efficiency of the external development teams, ensuring they remain aligned with delivery expectations and long-term strategy.
