Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex products with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics
- Strong technical fluency (data pipelines, cloud systems)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams
- Background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Own and evolve the roadmap across key product areas including grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services.
- Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features.
- Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Lead product development from discovery through delivery.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Drive development of scalable platform capabilities, including data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.
