Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- A valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of Michigan
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
- Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
- A collaborative spirit to work alongside associates in achieving their goals
- Skill in conducting thorough supervision and mentoring
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists
- Provide supervision for telehealth services to the Medicaid community
- Guide and mentor emerging therapists through their licensure process
- Play a pivotal role in cultivating the practice's culture
- Shape a supportive, collaborative environment
- Make a significant impact on the availability of mental health services for Medicaid patients
