Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or relevant field.
- Active LCSW license in good standing.
- Must be licensed in California.
- 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with care providers like MDs and Nurse Practitioners.
- Competency with administrative tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive.
- Experience delivering care on telehealth platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs and Dietitians to provide coordinated member care.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and design personalized goals for GI conditions.
- Maintain health records in an electronic system in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in professional training and clinical coordination meetings.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide psychological best practices.
