Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LICSW/LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Proficiency in completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with a diverse range of client problems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate stable and appropriate professional boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions and provide diagnoses.
- Create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, case notes, and treatment plan reviews.
- Provide excellent care for clients.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in community services.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for full-time staff.
- Coordinate services with other care providers, families, and school/work personnel.
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
