Requirements
- Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (costs covered by company).
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- Must be available during regular business hours for training and ongoing support sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations within 48 hours of client contact.
