Requirements
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Iowa
- 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings
- Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing)
- Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
- Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and risk factors
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care team members
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and community health workers to ensure integrated, whole-person care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
