Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting in B2B environments
  • Proven experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking
  • Working proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
