Requirements
- Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry
- Experience in Order Management, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially during periods of high volume such as End of Month or End of Quarter
- Ability to effectively manage distractions and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be transparent
- Receptive of feedback
- Strong quantitative skills
- Proficiency in NetSuite
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Basic knowledge and understanding of a CPQ tool
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team, providing support for questions related to opportunity booking and subscription management.
- Manage opportunity bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain Wiz Handbook documentation for streamlined processes.
- Resolve any booking errors promptly.
- Partner with Deal Desk and Billing teams to efficiently and accurately process opportunities.
- Maintain customer deal information, ensuring alignment between Salesforce and Netsuite.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Commission Accounting teams to address questions related to bookings.
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations, ensuring a 1:1 relationship between Netsuite Invoice and SFDC Opportunity.
- Verify the accuracy of other bookings metrics.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of ASC606, SOX, and Export Compliance.
