Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline via cold outbound to prospective customers
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Identify high-potential prospects and develop and execute outbound strategies
- Hit the phones confidently with prospects from self-sourced and SDR generated efforts
- Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
- Work with the customer success team to ensure new customers are onboarded effectively
- Set monthly OKRs with manager and develop action plan to achieve them
- Become a product expert and feel comfortable demoing and closing
- Consistently achieve your activity goals
