Technical Program Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and real-time streaming services. Proven experience delivering complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with cloud-native systems and CI/CD methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with operational frameworks and service reliability. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Familiarity with game streaming or graphics delivery networks is desirable. Comfortable working within Agile or other program management frameworks.

Own the full lifecycle of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs. Work closely with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements. Establish and maintain SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and operational playbooks. Identify technical and program-level risks and propose mitigations. Liaise with game publishers and external engineering teams for integration. Plan and execute launches with cross-team alignment. Drive process improvements across product delivery and operational efficiency. Communicate program health and risks to senior leadership.
