Technical Release Program Manager

5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, software QA and testing, and/or technical program/project management in a software/SaaS environment Prior exposure to frontend development, mobile app development, backend/services, product management, QA, or technical troubleshooting Strong practical experience with work-tracking tools such as Jira Strong practical experience with Agile/Scrum sprint ceremonies Ability to coordinate teams in multiple time zones Clear written and verbal communication skills

Own Optery’s release calendar and cadence Coordinate and manage release readiness Perform detailed QA and testing of new releases Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for release execution Document and distribute release notes and change communications Track and surface release risks, blockers, and post-release issues Propose and implement incremental improvements to the release process
