Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners. Prioritize and triage incoming partner requests. Collaborate with partners to understand goals and identify improvements. Lead meetings with key partners. Drive success of existing referral channels. Identify expansion opportunities within current partnerships. Drive adoption among care manager channels through education. Lead the onboarding and implementation of new referral partners. Develop and execute training plans for care coordinator teams. Create and deliver training materials and resources. Manage partner access to data and ensure HIPAA compliance. Analyze and interpret data to surface trends and insights for partners. Share performance insights with partners. Build internal partnerships across teams. Understand Tava’s product and capabilities.
