Manage at least one Strategic Events lead Own a comprehensive national events strategy aligned with go-to-market strategy Track progress using Tableau and Salesforce for leadership updates Plan and execute third-party national conferences, overseeing logistics, vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management and on-site coordination Develop conference programs, speaker engagements, breakout sessions and networking activities Set clear and measurable KPIs for each program and iterate to surpass goals Ensure best practices documentation is created and adhered to
