Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience creating high-quality short-form content
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation abilities
- Direct experience covering live sports and/or entertainment events
- Studio and brand content production experience within sports and entertainment
- Technical proficiency in video editing and production
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook
- Ability to connect with people and build authentic relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality short-form content for specified platforms
- Travel to industry events and client locations for content capture
- Cover live events and produce studio-quality content
- Direct freelance videographers and photographers
- Interview subjects and provide on-set direction
- Manage the full content lifecycle
- Build and strengthen relationships with creative professionals
- Identify and recruit subjects for content series
- Represent the brand at industry events
- Secure participation from the existing user base for content capture
