Product Designer (Remote from Estonia)

4 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications. Strong expertise in both UX and UI design. Solid portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience working with and contributing to design systems. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed product team with minimal oversight. Experience collaborating throughout the entire development process, including design QA.

Analyze user needs, customer feedback, and business challenges. Design impactful, intuitive, and visually polished solutions. Own the full design lifecycle from ideation to post-release iterations. Present design work, rationale, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers. Contribute to and evolve the design system.
