Requirements:
Strong experience designing and building websites on Shopify is a must. Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, specifically Convert.com. Solid understanding of UX and conversion-focused web design principles. Experience working in a testing-driven environment. Ability to translate hypotheses and data into practical design solutions. Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and optimization teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CRO Manager to develop and execute website improvement ideas. Design, build, and iterate on high-performing landing pages. Update and optimize existing pages based on data and test results. Lead UX-focused web design work with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and conversion impact. Test multiple design variations and evaluate performance outcomes. Apply A/B testing insights to guide design decisions. Balance visual appeal with effectiveness, focusing on what drives user action.
