Minimum 3 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tools A Portfolio with at least two shipped products showcasing systems thinking, interaction craft, measurable impact and clear storytelling including constraints and tradeoffs Strong visual craft paired with sharp interaction design fundamentals Comfortable designing AI-assisted workflows Confident running user interviews, usability tests and turning insights into product decisions Confident operating as the primary (or sole) designer Comfortable making smart decisions with incomplete information Proactive mindset Expert in Figma
