Own and improve the onboarding and activation funnel to increase activation rate Drive improvements in key activation inputs, including bank and payroll connection and approval-to-activation conversion Design and run experiments, with a strong focus on early lifecycle impact (especially Day 1), while considering longer-term outcomes Own growth-related features such as bank connect, payroll connect, non-activated user experiences, and referral UX Support referral and promotional initiatives that increase low-CAC activations Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and adjacent product teams to deliver growth initiatives
