Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field. At least 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Officer or Payroll Assistant in a busy environment. Experienced with Australian payroll (New Zealand payroll exposure is a plus). Comfortable using payroll systems like Access MicrOpay or UKG Workforce Ready. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll practices. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Sharp eye for detail and accuracy. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with exceptional organizational skills and accountability.
