Requirements:
Minimum 2 years personal injury case management experience. Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules. Strong empathy for injured clients. Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. Confidence and motivation to exceed expectations. Professional attire and demeanor. Desire to learn, develop, and motivate team members. Team player. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to be available to work during business hours Mountain Time Zone. Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
Contact new clients within 24 hours of retention for intake. Provide telephonic client updates every 3 weeks. Complete case analysis within 3 weeks of insurance confirmations. Schedule client evaluation appointments with attorneys. Submit demand letters within 2 days of approved client authority. Update status comments for weekly OOS meetings. Post all case information and dates in SmartAdvocate. Assist with property damage claims when necessary. Speak to adjusters. Ensure subrogation claims are opened timely. Review and update evaluation forms and demand packages. Draft correspondence for attorneys and save documents in SmartAdvocate. Calendar all case information. Answer incoming calls. Perform backup intake calls. Meet with clients during intakes, litigation, and settlement meetings. Work with staff to move cases to conclusion. Keep clients updated with file documents. Post all costs. Monitor dashboard metrics/KPIs. Follow firm policies and procedures.
