Solutions Program Manager

3+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Operations, or a related role within a technical organization Strong working knowledge of Jira, including workflow design, issue tracking, dashboards, and reporting Technical fluency across cloud infrastructure concepts (compute, storage, networking, containers, Kubernetes) Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution without direct authority Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills in fast-moving environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Own and operate Product Capability Requests (PCRs) end-to-end Translate customer and field-driven technical needs into clear, actionable requirements Build, maintain, and optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting Drive cross-functional execution by establishing milestones, owners, timelines, and success criteria Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical context and customer impact are accurately represented Facilitate planning sessions, program reviews, and retrospectives Proactively identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependency issues, and drive resolution Establish lightweight, repeatable processes that enable the Solutions organization to scale effectively Support additional strategic initiatives for the Solutions team
