Own the content strategy for Fintech, Earnings, and our Incubation Hub Act as the sole content partner across multiple MATs Design and write clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product copy for complex financial and earnings experiences Create content strategies for large, multi-team products Define and maintain voice/tone, content standards, terminology, and reusable patterns Improve conversion, education, comprehension, and task success through data-informed copy Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, UXR, Growth, Data, and CRM Use research and insights to identify friction, propose copy hypotheses, and iterate quickly Advocate for accessibility, inclusive language, and localization readiness Contribute to and evolve our design system’s content guidelines Coach and influence cross-functional partners on content design best practices
