Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience CHRP preferred Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions Strong knowledge of systems and technology
Responsibilities:
Partner with business unit leaders to translate company-wide people strategies into tailored solutions. Provide data-driven insights and reporting on key people indicators. Serve as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends and proactively addressing issues. Lead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices. Manage core HR processes including performance management, talent development, and employee relations. Coordinate leave of absence requests. Coach managers on effective people management and career development. Support learning and development initiatives. Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements.
