Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • At least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies.
  • Self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers.
  • Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
