Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
- At least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies.
- Self-starter mentality.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers.
- Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the enterprise segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
