8–12+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of early-stage or 0→1 product initiatives. Demonstrated success taking ambiguous ideas from concept to validated learning or pilot. Proven ability to take calculated risks, learn from failure, and apply insights. Comfortable working directly with customers and synthesizing qualitative insights with quantitative data. Strong strategic thinker who connects market dynamics, policy shifts, and funding trends to product strategy. Experience partnering closely with sales, marketing, or GTM teams to validate value and positioning. College degree preferred.
