Interest in no-code, AI, and tooling. 3-5 years of experience in Ops managing tools and building integrations, or a recent graduate with passion for AI and no-code. Thrives in a startup or tech company environment.

Conduct deep dives into performance monitoring and share actionable findings. Identify and prioritize processes that don't scale, proposing solutions like automation or AI. Pilot the launch of new contact channel projects. Support the globalization of Alan's contacting experience. Identify and prioritize tool-powered solutions for scalability. Collaborate with Product crews to improve tooling efficiency. Drive the implementation of new processes and adoption. Evangelize the use of AI within the Community. Own the tooling stack (Automation Platform, Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, etc.). Manage business partnerships with external providers and oversee RFP processes.
