Relevant work experience in business development or admissions. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing is a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Iowa licensure or certification (e.g., CADC, LMHC). Reliable high-speed home internet. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. High ethical standards and collaborative approach. Comfort with technology including EMR, email, Slack, and Google Suite. Must be able to work remotely in a quiet, private home office. Availability to work full-time with potential evening and weekend availability.
