Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communication and proactively share insights. Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce. Analyze campaign performance and client feedback for actionable recommendations. Lead client onboarding and present Campaign Reviews. Collaborate across internal teams to refine processes and identify solutions. Anticipate client needs and address potential risks. Serve as the connector between clients and internal teams.
