Requirements:
5+ years in B2C product management with experience in lending products, cash advance products, growth, or engagement/retention product development. 2+ years of Business or P&L Ownership. 2+ years of experience in financial products with consumer fintechs. 3+ years collaborating with growth, design, engineering, data, or risk teams. Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to mentor teammates. Proven track record of shipping 0-1 products and scaling existing products. Strong project management & excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation). Data-driven analytical thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action. Humble, flexible, and able to operate at different altitudes.
Responsibilities:
Set and deliver on OKRs and mission for the Cash Advance team. Lead the cross-functional Cash Advance Mission Aligned Team (MAT). Own the product roadmap from end-to-end. Write, launch, and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and experiments. Manage stakeholders including executives and leaders. Analyze data from various tools to understand customers and product performance. Take accountability for the end-to-end customer experience. Build customer empathy through research and product engagement.
