Own and deliver key initiatives within brightwheel’s activation & expansion roadmap Define the end-to-end onboarding and growth experience for schools, leveraging AI and product-led growth (PLG) principles Communicate strategy, learning, and progress clearly with leadership and cross-functional partners Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI, and GTM to build and iterate on in-app experiences Identify and remove friction across activation and attach funnels, using data and customer feedback Design, run, and analyze investments to test hypotheses and impact critical metrics Define and report on success metrics (e.g., activation %, attach %, time-to-value, % of schools self-serve onboarding) Collaborate across PDE and GTM teams ensuring shared goals, feedback loops, and delivery against measurable outcomes
