Requirements:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping consumer products
- Experience in growth, healthcare, or subscription-based mobile applications preferred
- Proven success delivering impactful products that drive measurable business results
- Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving
- Ability to move between high-level vision and detailed execution
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., Growth Book)
- Familiarity with user research methods
- Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical constraints
- Experience creating scalable processes from scratch in fast-paced, operationally complex environments preferred
- Empathy for users navigating sensitive health concerns
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and outcomes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred
