Staff Product Manager

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, marketplace, or SaaS environments Proven record of end-to-end ownership Experience in operations-heavy or cross-functional environments; prior exposure to Expert Operations or similar business models strongly preferred Strong voice of customer orientation Experience applying AI and ML technologies, particularly conversational AI Exceptional stakeholder management skills Strategic and analytical thinker Experience in balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Drive ownership and accountability across the full product lifecycle Collaborate with Expert Operations, Engineering, UX, and Analytics Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of tools, interfaces, and AI-driven workflows Integrate voice of the customer and voice of the expert insights into decision-making Champion the use of AI and machine learning within product development Operate with a “business owner” mindset Foster collaboration across stakeholder groups Balance strategy and execution
