Own the long-term product roadmap for network connectivity and order-to-cash capabilities. Understand user needs (CPG sellers, off-price buyers, internal teams) to prioritize features. Define and champion the product vision. Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing for GTM readiness. Collaborate with finance, risk, and legal for compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert for internal teams. Lead continuous discovery, requirements definition, and end-to-end delivery of capabilities. Work with Design, Data & Engineering and Product Marketing to scope and release features. Deliver high-quality products in a repeatable SDLC. Define and track KPIs to measure performance and inform investments. Measure the impact of new features using data, experiments, and customer feedback.
