5+ years in B2C product management Prior experience in PMMC fits, Lending products, Cash Advance products, Growth, or engagement/retention focused product development 2+ years of Business or P&L Ownership 2+ years of experience in financial products with consumer fintechs, or similar 3+ years collaborating with growth, design, engineering, data, or risk teams Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to mentor teammates Shipped successful 0-to-1 and scaled products Strong project management & excellent communication skills Data driven analytical thinking Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a strong bias for action Humble, flexible, and willing to get hands dirty in execution mode

Set and deliver on OKRs and mission of the MAT Lead the cross-functional MAT team and own the product roadmap Write, launch, and review PRDs and experiments Manage stakeholders, including executives and leaders Analyze customer needs and product performance using various tools Own the end-to-end customer experience in the product domain Build customer empathy through research and product engagement
