Requirements:
Progressive experience managing teams in Technical Projects, Professional Services, or Technical Implementation organizations, preferably in B2B SaaS. Exceptional communication skills. Proven success in owning and improving core efficiency metrics. Understanding of scaling web application implementations and associated technical delivery risks. Familiarity with data transformation pipelines. Strong organizational development skills.
Responsibilities:
Execute vision and plan for the Professional Services and Technical Projects department. Coordinate with Engineering and Product to influence the product roadmap. Collaborate with VP of Sales and Customer Success to support the customer journey. Allocate work efficiently in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. Serve as senior technical point of contact for customer escalations and sales pursuits. Standardize onboarding methodologies and technical support procedures. Track department productivity and efficiency metrics. Implement changes to team structure and processes. Manage, train, and evaluate a remote, global, multilingual team.
